Norse Gods & Monsters

In an exploration of combining charcoal with digital coloring, I created a series of portraits based on Norse Mythology’s most famous gods and creatures. The portraits combine an effort to be accurate to the myth’s description (ignoring contemporary depictions) while also applying my own spin on their designs.
